What is the SCERTS Model?

The SCERTS Model is a comprehensive developmental framework used for individuals with autism and related social-communication difficulties.

It does not focus only on symptom reduction, but on helping the individual become a more connected, regulated, and functional communicator.

SCERTS is an interdisciplinary framework that helps individuals with autism build social communication and emotional regulation through supportive interactions and environments.
